Group Rates start at $229 per night plus tax & fees.

Reservation Confirmation: To confirm a sleeping room within the Group Room Block, the reservation must be secured with a valid credit card provided by the guest attending the Event, along with a first night's deposit, refundable up to 3 days in advance of the event.
Check-In/ Check-Out: The Hotel’s check-in time is 3:00 PM, check-out time is 12:00 PM.
Hotel's Bell Staff can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guests attending functions on departure day.
Early Departure Fee: If a guest checks out prior to the their reserved checkout date, the Hotel will add an early checkout fee to the guest's individual account (currently $100.00). Guests wishing to avoid an early checkout fee should advise the Hotel at or before check-in of any change in planned length of stay.
Late checkout-fee: Flat fee prior to 2pm, 50% room and tax after 2pm.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation policies may vary depending on the rate or dates of your reservation. Please refer to your reservation confirmation to verify your cancellation policy. If you need further assistance, call the hotel directly or contact customer service. Alternatively, you can cancel your reservation online.
Parking Information
The hotel offers Valet Parking only; Available at the entrance on 130 Roosevelt Way.
A 20% discount on valet parking is offered for 2026 NOSCM participants.
Discounted rates are as follows:
